"One of the best shows to come along in decades!"
In the world to challenge the world!
Part reality TV, part talk show, multi-cultural, multi-generational and obviously multi-dimensional, the intention
here is to give young people the tools and information that will empower them. They'll come to know exactly who
they are, why they are here and what they want, and will learn to accept nothing less.
"All this stuff of the old empirical way of doing business is going to be gone soon. You will see people
forming a brand New World and way of self-governance. Not by might or missiles but by love and
cooperation. There are more than enough resources for every living being on the planet. We just are
continuing to move closer to one another. Do not give up. Never forget that change is coming. The old ways
will not remain. America will change as well as the UK and Canada. The world is ready. We are people, not
robots that can be rebuilt. We feel love, emotions, passion and so much more. We are alive. We can
create and invent. We young people have great imaginations that create great ideas which lead to great
solutions for the human race. Do not worry. Look ahead for great things to happen." ~ Art K.
According to Seat of the Soul author Gary Zukav, we are in the midst of an unprecedented huge transformation in human
consciousness and this transformation is re-shaping the human experience for millions of people. And, it is creating children
who are already being born with this new expanded perception and it is, in turn, expanding the perception of those of us who
are awake and aware.
Visionary scientist and author, Gregg Braden, talks about how our world is shaped by false scientific assumptions and that in
order for humanity to face its current set of crises it needs to overturn these obsolete ways of thinking. He outlines five key
false assumptions that are still being taught in schools, i.e. that evolution explains life and human life, that civilization only
began about 5,000 years ago, that consciousness is separate from our physical world, that the space between things is
empty, and nature is based on survival of the fittest. There is new scientific evidence to refute all of these ideas and yet this is
what our children and grandchildren are learning in 2011.
THE PROGRAM
Who are they, these amazing young people? Are they world saviors, anomalies or misfits? How and why are they different
from the adult population? How do they think and feel? Why are we in danger of wasting their enormous gifts? The new kids are
here to bridge heaven and earth and because they access data in a different way, they have been largely misunderstood. So
many of these kids are locked into families who do not understand who they are and what they have come to our Earth to do.
And yet, they have more than their share of geniuses. When they say they want to change the world, it's not due to rose-colored
altruism, but because they know how. They are born artists, scientists, innovators and healers; deeply intuitive; resentful of
authority; prone to depression and strong feelings of entitlement; restless; and able to spot a phony from a mile away. They are
multi-sensory beings who multi-channel and live in a multi-verse. They do not reside (yet) on mother ships. They may or may not
share our DNA, but they do share our breakfast tables. They are our children and grandchildren, and they might just represent
the next and necessary step on the evolutionary ladder.
But many of these kids are in trouble now because of their intuitive ability and sensitivity to the thoughts and emotions of others,
and if this is not acknowledged and accepted they often begin to self-medicate with drugs and/or alcohol and exhibit anti-social
behavior. And unfortunately, many younger children are being medicated because their families believe that this is the only way
to stifle behavior that often is a call for help, a plea to be seen, heard and acknowledged for who they truly are. Here's a
hard-hitting rap song about the overmedication of children http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g7rACI-WJEw
When it comes to teen suicide, the statistics make it clear that attempted and actual suicide is a very big deal as it relates to
our youth. And yet, as these new kids began coming en masse starting around 1982 the rates of attempted and completed
youth suicide in Western societies continue to be high. For example:
The good news is irrespective of what these children are exposed to, any damage done, any setbacks, can, for the most part,
be turned around and healed by the introduction and the application of spiritual principles, according to PMH Atwater whose
latest book CHILDREN OF THE FIFTH WORLD: A GUIDE TO THE COMING CHANGES IN HUMAN CONSCIOUSNESS will
be released in the fall of 2012 by Inner Traditions.
MILLENNIALS ARISING will be a huge hit for viewers between 17-34 years old. The hosts, the issues and the layout of the
show specifically target this dynamic age group. The series' Hosts - two energetic, multi-generational visionary experts on
personal discovery, child education and healing - begin each episode with a lively discussion on a specific topic such as
2012, reincarnation, politics, dreams, alternative health therapies, animal communication, relationships, psychic abilities and
more. The phones will then be opened for calls (tweets, texts, e-mail, Skype) from the public. If the program is taped, these
will be solicited through the interactive website the week before and aired during the taping.
We then meet the program's guest(s): a troubled kid or parents or educators or college student or couple, grappling with
real-life issues. This would not simply be an interview, but a gripping, hands-on healing session.
Finally, we shift the focus to healing tips for the home audience. The Corner Hosts and Wisdom Guests demonstrate such
techniques as EFT tapping, ho'oponopono, meditation, sound healing and other proven alternative simple but effective
practices that viewers can immediately incorporate into their daily lives.
*After car accidents, suicide is the most common cause of death among Australian young people. Research suggests more young
women than young men attempt suicide, but young men are far more likely to succeed in taking their own lives. In the past 30 years, the
suicide rate for males aged 15-24 years has tripled. Young men living in country areas are twice as likely as their city counterparts to kill
themselves. http://www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au
**Suicide is the third leading cause of death among adolescents and teenagers. According to the National Institute for Mental Health
(NIMH), about 8 out of every 100,000 teenagers committed suicide in 2000. For every teen suicide death, experts estimate there are 10
other teen suicide attempts.
In Australia suicide is second only to motor vehicle accidents as the leading cause of death for people
aged 15-24*, and according to the National Institute for Mental Health, suicide is the third leading cause of
death among teens in the United States.**
Moreover schools are not teaching these kids how to deal with crisis, their mental and emotional
well-being, how to eat properly, take care of their bodies, how to be happy, and how to love and honor
themselves as the incredible beings they are. Author and psychologist Doreen Virtue says that these new
kids are highly sensitive with a warrior personality - they are here to lead and take command. But we need
to give them the tools to achieve this extraordinary task.
